You should no longer see a pop-up box that says, “Database error – unable to process request” if you are discharging an item from WorkFlows or scanning it into the Check Item Status wizard.
Thank you again for your patience as we worked with SirsiDynix to resolve the issue. According to SirsiDynix, it is a rare error that stems from the number of holds set to a negative number in the WorkFlows back-end.
